Our Philosophy
We are dedicated to the inner strength of families and the preciousness of each child. We feel the role of the pediatrician and the pediatric nurse practitioner is to provide the highest quality health care, to assist parents in the task of encouraging their child's development and to be advocates for the health and safety of all children from newborn to young adult.
Office
News:
August
During the summer, when the majority of appointments are for
physicals or "well" visits we will no
longer have a sick waiting room.
Check the board in the hallway for the
provider you will be seeing and go to
that waiting room.
A charge of
$50.00 will be
assessed to your account if you
"no show " for an
appointment. This is not covered by
insurance.
EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 16, 2009:
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR CURRENT INSURANCE
CARD WITH YOU AT THE TIME OF YOUR VISIT, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY
IN FULL OR RESCHEDULE FOR A TIME WHEN YOU
HAVE YOUR INSURANCE CARD WITH YOU.
School and sports
forms can only be filled out if your child has had a physical within the last
year. Please allow 5-7 days if you are dropping off a form to be filled
out.
We have begun implementing our electronic medical records. We ask
for your patience as we change to this new system. Please bring
your insurance card to EVERY visit.
If you do not have your insurance card at the visit, you will be asked
to reschedule or pay in full for the visit.
Exciting changes
are happening at our office as we "go green".
We have begun to implement our electronic medical records, and will
transition to e-scripts for prescription medication. Bear with us as these
changes are implemented. With any new system there is a learning
curve, and we appreciate your patience.
